What we collect
When you book a walkthrough, we collect your first name, business name, mobile number and email address, the three answers you give on the booking form, and how you reached this page (such as a link you clicked). On the call we may note how enquiries reach your business so we can show you the system doing that job.
Why we collect it
We use your details to book, confirm and run the walkthrough, and to follow up with you about NexysCRM. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or for 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Who we share it with
We do not share your details for marketing. We share them only with our service providers, and only so they can help us run the system for you.
Your rights under POPI
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI), you have the right to access your personal information, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to us using it, and to complain to the Information Regulator if you are not satisfied.
